Sky Player

Sky Player is the home of Sky TV online - it's Sky, but on your computer and TV connected box. The service features programmes from up to 46 top channels including Sky Sports, Sky Movies, BBC and Nat Geo. Watch selected channels live online, or watch TV on demand at a time that suits you! Sky Player gives you more ways to watch and enjoy great TV from Sky. Not only can you watch live and on demand programmes on your computer, you can now also watch on your TV with Xbox 360 and Fetch TV.

Sky Player is available to all 9.5million Sky customers and is also available on a subscription basis to those unable to receive Sky in-home. In October 2009 Sky Player was made available via Xbox 360, since then we have seen a 700% increase in users with Xbox viewers making up 65% of Sky Player total programme views across the month. Xbox 360 provides customers with a unique environment to enjoy video on demand content away from the limited confines of a PC screen.

Advertisers have the opportunity to place up to 30" ads pre-mid and post roll. From a viewer perspective we understand the need to deliver a relatively uncluttered environment.
